If you’ve been following my work for a while, you will likely have heard of The 100 Day Project. It’s a project where artists all over the globe challenge themselves to create every day for 100 days in a row. I’ve done it before and it’s such a great way to push my skillset and to connect more with those who follow me on Instagram. I decided to tackle it again this year and am already on day 80 (or right around there, depending on when you read this)! My hashtag on Instagram is #100DaysOfMakingMyPath, if you want to look it up. I chose this title because I wanted to take this opportunity of intense creation to draw and paint anything that I find fun and interesting. My thought is that at the end of the 100 days, I will look over this body of work and see what the similarities are between the pieces and which styles pop out as the most fun to create. This is my way of Making My Path. My way of getting more closely aligned with what I feel pulled to paint and walk more confidently in that direction. I’ll create a gallery or LookBook compiling all the paintings and drawings in one place once the 100 days are done!
I hope you will continue to follow along as I near the end of this project! Below you will also find a small sampling of what I’ve been up to.

If you want to join in and do the project yourself, feel free to do so at any time and start your Day 1 whenever it’s right for you! I’m linking some products and art supplies that I use and recommend below. I encourage you to support your local artist shop first and foremost, but second to that, I’ll receive a small percentage of sales if you use the links provided in this post, at no additional cost to you.
Thanks for stopping by!
